Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion, due to limited inventory, logistical constraints, payment issues, or suspected violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information.

Pricing and Payment

Product Prices: We strive to maintain consistent product pricing, but reserve the right to update prices at our discretion. Updated prices will be reflected on the website. We will notify you of any significant price changes before processing your order.

Payment Methods: We accept various secure payment methods through trusted payment gateway partners. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Taxes: Applicable taxes will be added to your order at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable tax laws.

Delivery and Shipping:

Shipping Locations: We offer shipping to most locations within India. Please check our website for specific details and exclusions.

Processing and Dispatch: We are a sustainable company; all our designs are printed after order is confirmed. Delivery timeline is always mentioned against the product categories and it is our endeavour to meet the delivery timeline. 

Delivery Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and order weight. You can view the estimated shipping cost before checkout. 

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee applies to COD orders, if your PIN code is supported. Rejected COD orders may result in future service restrictions.

Tracking Information: We will send you a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. 

Delivery Timeframes: Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and logistics disruptions.

Fulfilment Deliveries: Pride Togs is not responsible for 3rd party delivery delays, lost packages, or damage due to delivery partners. Pride Togs will provide a tracking number when available. Lost packages are the responsibility of the User.

Gift Cards and Rewards

Gift Cards: Issued by Pride Togs, gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be redeemed on our website only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, returned, or refunded.

Reward Credits: Earned through promotions or loyalty programs, reward credits can be applied towards future purchases. Their validity and usage terms will be specified at the time of issuance.

Warranty and Returns

Pride Togs will review replacement/return requests for the following issues: faulty product such as a hole in a product, a print error by Pride Togs relating to quality or incorrect image if it is Pride Togs’s fault. Pride Togs is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses that result in lost or misdirected packages. If packages are returned to us for any reason and need to be reshipped there the seller must pay the cost of the re-shipment.

Return Policy: We accept returns within 7 calendar days of purchase for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging. Order cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.

Exchange Policy: You can exchange your item for a different size or color within the return window, subject to availability. 

Return Process: Please initiate a return request through our website or contact our customer service team. 

Pick-up Service: We offer a pick-up service for returns in select locations. If unavailable, you will be responsible for shipping the return yourself.

Non-returnable Items: Final sale items, samples, personalised items, and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. COD orders will be refunded to the customer's bank account.

Manufacturing Defects: For defects discovered within 10 days of purchase, please contact our customer service team via email. We will strive to resolve the issue promptly.

Third-party Websites: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pride Togs, its subsidiaries, employees, and suppliers from any claims or demands arising from your use of our services, including reasonable attorneys' fees. 

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Place of Jurisdiction would be Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
