Returns:
General Policy:
We want you to love your clothes and that’s why we do 100% quality checks before shipment. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for all purchases made on our website.
You can return or exchange your order within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange provided
- We encourage you to carefully review our size chart and product descriptions before placing your order.
- For replacements and refunds, send us unboxing videos and pictures of the product showing the defects along with the original packaging images.
- If there were any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
- When unboxing the package carefully. If the package was found damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, a refund or replacement will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
- If you have noticed any damage to the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn/unwashed.

Refund & Exchange Options:
- Full refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
- Exchange: You can exchange your product for a different size, color, or style of the same item (subject to availability).
Exclusions:
- Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the list of non-returnable items mentioned when you buy the product.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping:
- Return shipping: For customers within India, we will cover the cost of return shipping. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchange shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping exchanged items.

- Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
- We cannot guarantee the availability of exchange items. If your desired item is unavailable, you will receive a full refund.
